Pyjama Day!

We had an absolutely perfect pyjama day on Friday, January 8th.  Students enjoyed a variety of activities in our classroom which allowed us to use our pyjamas and our stuffies as tools in our learning.  We drew/wrote about our pyjamas and practiced using describing words so that our readers could visualize our pyjamas.  It was fun guessing whose pyjamas were being described!  We sorted and graphed our stuffies and even measured them using both non-standard and standard units.  Reading to our stuffies was also fun!  It was a great way to celebrate the end of our first week back to school!
